All Guests at the property must be accounted for in reservation( there might be an auto-occupancy differences in price upon reservation changes).
NOTIFY HOST IF THE GUEST NUMBER CHANGES to adjust reservation prior to check-in date. There will be PENALTY fee of $50 per Guest, per day OR automatic cancellations of your reservation for Guests SHOWING UP ON CHECK-IN DAY WITHOUT PRIOR notification and WERE NOT ACCOUNTED FOR ON RESERVATION.

The space
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene island oasis. Escape to the white sandy beaches of Fort Myers Beach for a relaxing stay in this stunning, newly remodeled fully furnished home minutes from the beach. Located in the center of the island, this large 2183 square feet single-level property boasts an impressive open floor plan layout that will make you feel right at home. As you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by the cozy café nook and living room featuring open-concept living with a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful infinity pool area overlooking the largest canal on the island. The kitchen features newly updated cabinets, counters, stainless steel appliances, and modern island area with stools.

A private patio area is accessed through large sliding glass doors from the living room. The pool features a relaxing water fountain, an outdoor dining area, and lounge chairs for sun bathing. Beyond the pool, enjoy watching the dolphins and manatees on the tranquil boat dock area with deck for seating and a motorized boat lift for vessels up to 12,000 pounds. Unwind in the primary suite that has its own private patio, accessible through a sliding glass door, king sized bed, en-suite with dual vanities, massive shower, and abundant closet space. The main bathroom includes a shower and is located near the living area and guest bedrooms along the main corridor.

The second & third bedrooms feature a queen sized bed (one with office space). The spacious fourth bedroom has two bunk beds (twin size bed up top, a full size bed on bottom with a pullout twin size trundle bed beneath). There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, or 1 boat with trailer and 2 vehicles. This home includes inside laundry and entry to the attached two-car attached garage through the kitchen. This home’s location is within walking distance of the nearest beach access. Publix grocery store along with restaurants/bars are less than a mile away. Close to Times Square’s shops and the highly anticipated Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville Resort with five restaurants & spas, this is the perfect home away from home to enjoy Southwest Florida's coastal living.
